Hello the phone I ordered is not functioning properly. The battery health is only 95% and it keeps locking itself. Sometimes it’s not available for up to 3 hours even though I insert the correct password. I would like to change the phone for a new one thank you.
The simplicity really impressed me. It felt like you actually bought the phone from a close relative. I loved how the phone that I bought exceeded my expectations, in a good way. I do think that this is the way that people should buy phones with.
I ordered an iPhone 14 from back market and it arrived within 7 days. The iPhone was in immaculate condition. However I had ordered it eSIM only by mistake. I returned it to back market taking advantage of their 30 day refund offer. They sent me a refund label no problem and I took the package to a local collection office to return it. There was no charge for this. I then ordered another phone which does accommodate a physical sim and again this arrived promptly and I am very satisfied with the product. I then received a full refund from back market for the phone I returned. Throughout the process I was kept informed by their customer service team, who replied to any email I sent within 24 hours. I cannot recommend this company enough. They have been excellent.
