Review Time
I bought a Samsung s20+.After 6 months a green light appeared in the screen without any crash. I activated the repair service and sent the phone back. They said it was my fault (no further technical explanation was given) so it was out of warranty. I even asked for a paid repair service and they did no give any option. So summarising a paid 450 euros for an "almost new" phone, I installed an screen protector and a spigen cover protector since day 1 but and now I have to look for a new device. 100% disappointed with the service and product.
I have ordered a laptop on September 2 2024. Still didn’t received it. The delivery should be done between 4-5 of September. But nothing happened. The seller does not answer. The backmarket is not a company I would ever recommend as they can’t solve the problem, they can only write letters with 0 value info like “thank you for your patience blablabla”. They charge for the service, they should control the process but they don’t care. I asked them for money back at September , 6 but still have these stupid letters and nothing is changed. Scammers.
Absolutely excellent service. Reconditioned iphone looks and behaves as new. Arrived very quickly. Ordered cover also, couriers failed to deliver then sent 100 km away. Backmarket could not have done more to rectify this, arranging a refund. Constant communication as to progress and very swift replies.. Cannot praise them enough. Absolutely recommend.
Absolute scam! The day 3 days but they take 10 days to send the phones. When they arrive they don’t charge and IF it’s fully charged it drains in no time. Terrible slow customer service that try to get your passwords to get in your phone even if it’s they changer port that’s broke. They still have my Phone after weeks and no reactions or refund. If you like a terrible service and no phone or money then go here. Terrible
I used Back Market once before with no issues. This time I've sold a phone and the refurbisher has still not paid for it having had it for two weeks.Back Market assured me they would force a payment on 9 August and I still haven't received anything. Will never use them or Nest Green the refurbisher for anything again
It’s the worst!!! Terrible service—everything used to work perfectly, but lately, it’s been the worst. I bought a pair of AirPods, and they broke within a month. I had to return them, and they couldn't be repaired. They refunded me, but only for the product, not for the shipping. Then I bought another pair from them because I urgently needed them for work, and I've been waiting for a month for them to arrive, even though it said they would arrive in three days. No one is helping me; they keep sending automated responses! It’s so frustrating! Don’t buy from Back Market!!!
