I bought an Iphone 12 for 300. After just a couple of days, I started having issues to charge it since "liquid has been detected in the lightning connector". It is happening more often now. The battery lasts for 1/2 day (bought the "Excellent condition") and it overheats quickly. I also sold them my old iPhone back for €35. When received, the buyer offered €1 instead.Never again.
Avoid Backmarket. They might be selling stolen computers.We bought an Apple laptop that was still linked to another person’s Apple account, impossible to reformat (in our case we need to reformat it to change the battery). We contacted Backmarket, and instead of taking responsibility, they said the warranty period was over. Completely unacceptable. A legitimate seller would never resell a locked device.
I bought an iPhone13 back in April, all of a sudden out of nowhere came out in my screen a "iPhone is too hot let it cool down" and that sign never went away.I spent in the screen cover, in the lens cover and the iPhone case 50€I sent it to repair and especifically told them that I needed it for them to save my date as I had incredibly important matters there.Solution, after more than the 3 days the promise to reply, they told me "they'll give my money back and 5% discount on my next purchase"Without phone for 2 weeks and all my data gone
I bought google pixel 7 in premium conditon(highest) but it appears that the description was a lie basically. The phone arrived with visible scratches, especially on the screen. I feel like I just overpaid because phone matches just "Good" condition.
I ordered a phone and it never delivered. They refuse to refund me and say I should return the phone once it gets delivered to be refuned, yet the package is clearly lost and wont get delivered. They can't share the adress properly and then I'm the one having to waste my time trying to change the delivery adress and request a refund. Will never order there again
got some refurbished iphone, it was said that it had some visible bad marks on the screen in the past, but this one I got is just like new! FOr real, I see no evidence that the glass was damaned somehow, great job in repairing.For such prices this quality is just top, almost lile a brand new product for lower prices
