I have bought two laptops so far from Backmarket and overall my experience has been great. One of the laptops has already lasted a year, and the other over 8 months. Delivery too was very smooth both times, and the devices were well packaged. I am very pleased with the service.
I’ve had a terrible experience with Back Market. Ordered a phone on Nov 7 for Nov 11 delivery. First of all, I was charged twice once for 338 Euros, right after for 380 Euros. PayPal agreed that these were fraudulent charges. I wrote Back Market but they never responded. Sent me many email that the phone was on its way, but as the 22nd it has not arrived. I’m starting to believe that the whole deal is a scam
Just like most people, I was a bit sceptical about the prices and potential quality of the used mobiles from Back Market.... But, thankfully my concerns were not correct. I ordered a used Galaxy S21 and paid around 250€ the phone arrived looking virtually brand new. No scratches, good battery, everything excellent. Highly recommend and don't be afraid.
I just bought a new iPhone13 for 539€ at MediaMarkt ... so 200€ less than the price displayed by BackMarket. They don't only sell phones that don't work, they also lie about the market prices. So for 100€ more you have a new iPhone with 3 years of guarantee (1 year Apple) and not some bad refurbished product with a low quality battery, no pieces from the constructor, a guarantee that is a lie and a really bad customer support...
