Terrible company, absolute set of charlatons. They scam you during tenancy by making up false issues which they cannot backup with proof, and then when I ended my agreement with them it's been 5 weeks of promised deposit return and nothing received. Scammers, avoid!!!I will be contacting Trading standards
Best estate agent ever! Had a property which took over 2.5 years to sell due to its size/type/location and throughout this time we had multiple agents but no one like Bairstow Eves. They were honest, transparent, knowledgeable and very helpful. Very hard nowadays to find people that actualy do what they say and are not corrupt. Many thanks to Karen, Lee and everyone at the office for their professionalism and help throughout this period. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely use in the future. Keep up the good work!
Renting is overall issue in the UK and agencies misuse tenants but this agency is very poor. They never returned my deposit. I lived only for 6 months in apartment and i had to leave because of pandemic stress and this agency not charged me for a month rent but also made me pay council tax for a period i did not live in. I paid council tax twice. Deposit protection also did not help as perhaps it is all business deal. Same agency has treated my friend poorly. Please do not use this agency in Coventry.
We recently embarked on a grand adventure of moving into a property through Bairstow Eves, aiming to settle in before Santa squeezed his way down the chimney. Thanks to the superhero trio comprising Jade, Amy, and Joseph, our Christmas miracle came true! Jade was our trusty point of contact, and when she took a day off for training, Amy swooped in to save the day. And let's not forget Joe, who kept us in the loop when Jade and Amy were off gallivanting. From start to finish, their service was top-notch, leaving us with nothing but smiles.Now, here's the twist: the only hiccup we encountered was the moving-in gift box they provided. Can you believe it? 0.0% beer! It's like they were trying to test our resolve. Almost had us deducting a star from our rating! But hey, let's not dwell on that minor blip. Overall, this branch is a well-oiled machine, managing everything with finesse.Kudos to the team for a job well done! You've earned yourselves a round of applause. 🎉
Here's the feedback I left on their corporate website just now...I am posting here since I doubt any action will be taken from their customer feedback forms."Your branch level system and staff seem to be very disorganised. I made an appointment to view the 3-bedroom flat in Manor Road, London E15, via Zoopla. Eli - the lady from the local branch called me almost immediately to offer an appointment for 3 pm Saturday. Someone else picked up my call when I called to confirm that I'll attend with my wife at that time .. said he would email me as he could see my details on the system. No email was sent. Then, this morning, I called to try to reschedule the appointment only to be told that it has been cancelled! No one called to inform me - I would have made a 3-hour-fruitless trip to the address. Moreover, Vasili, who answered the call, could not find any of my details in the system - and it was only when I persistent that he bothered to look into "another" system where my details were... he promised to email me, but that toom hasn't happened. I suspect that there is internal competition within your agents which is incentivised to not be helpful if a client has been tagged under a different agent(in this case Eli). Either way, you have a lot of coordination problems to sort out. I am awaiting an email from Vassili in the meantime..."
Beeston BranchStaff are stuck up and pretentious. Like they’re royalty. They are the most incompetent and clown like service I’ve ever known. The place is run by a load of clowns. Unprofessional, weak and most of all STUCK UP! I don’t quite know who the staff think they are!
