Review Time
Hi I’m starting a review before I buy. I have read negative reviews and there are more than good. So saying that I have reached out to the company with my concerns before buying and they responded quickly so that’s a plus. I have saved my email and their response so depending on how things go I can share if need be later. So I’m ordering my first order today and will keep everyone updated.
I placed an order on a Friday, since we were going on vacation in one week I needed the bra asap. So I paid extra for 2 day shipping. Come Wednesday I hadn’t gotten a confirmation email, nor any tracking details so I decided to call because that would make it a whole 3 business days with no word even though the money had come out of my account. She informed me that the package should be delivered Thursday due to the fact that at the time I ordered it on Friday the order wasn’t processed until Monday morning. Which I get and that is understandable but Thursday would be 72 hours after the order was placed and I paid extra for 2 day delivery. It’s in the name…. 2 day delivery. Meaning it should take 48 hours to be delivered not 72. Ik it sounds ridiculous but why should I pay extra if it’s not even going to be delivered in the timeframe I ordered it.
Note: Despite the companies response below, I still have NOT received my refund I will update my comment once I have received my deserved refund, that is again, over 3 months late. Do not trust this company. I place an order for just under $300 worth of items in September. The items did not fit, so I returned the items within the 30-day window and confirmed that their warehouse had indeed received the items. As of today, January 6th, 2025, I am still battling to get my refund money returned to me. Buyer beware!
