At the end of September, I ordered three items (two of which were the same bodysuit in different sizes). Upon receiving the package, I tried on the bodysuits and noticed that one was missing its tags and the additional bra straps. I immediately called your company to report the issue.I returned two items, which you received on 10/15/2024. However, it took a month to process a refund for just one of the returned items. As of today, December 9th, I still have not been refunded for the second bodysuit I returned. I’ve called nearly a dozen times, the amount of time I have wasted calling your "customer service" sitting on hold with no resolution is unacceptable.This has been, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, and will NEVER order from this company again.
This company has the absolute WORST fulfillment process than any other company I've ordered from. My original order was on Sept 14, 2024. I followed the DHL & post office updates throughout the process. Only to find out that Bare Necessities had neglected to add my apartment number to the address (I never forget that).Now, a month later, I'm still waiting for the replacement product that was ordered on October 4. Today is October 13. I could have had someone walk it from Texas to SE Florida in less time. Response: I've been waiting a month, what's a few more days?UPDATE: The package was allegedly delivered, not to me. I tried to email Bare Necessities, but they've chosen not to respond. Use this company at your own risk. I changed the number of stars to 1, only because there is no -10!!!
I’ve been buying from bare necessities for years . Recently I bought a bathing suit bottom and top from here and the bottom did not fit as expected. All I wanted to do was exchange it for a different bottom . They do not have an exchange policy so I opted for a credit They received my return but did not issue my credit voucher. After a couple weeks I called to follow up as I am in a situation that the bottom I need may go out of stock leaving me with just a top. After calling customer service I was informed that a few weeks ago they had a system update that has now delayed my credit voucher. They have my money, they have the merchandise and I have just a top . The customer service department said I should wait yet another 7-14 days for my credit voucher. Totally unacceptable. I will not be spending more money with them. Go to LASCANA . Nice bathing suits with no hassle.
This company has great customer service! It's difficult to find bras in certain sizes and they have a wide variety of styles to choose from, as well as other good quality lingerie and underwear at very reasonable prices. I had a slight problem with 2 bras that I ordered and customer service Nea Rodriguez addressed the issue quickly with an exceptional level of professionalism and poise, as it can be a little awkward describing bra issues with a stranger. Take advantage of their personalized bra fitting consultations as well!
I got an email stating that my return was received over 20 DAYS AGO and have still not been refunded. I have sent multiple messages through the contact form and have tried using the chat function but no one ever responds. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card at this point. I have ordered from here in the past and never had an issue, but this is completely unacceptable. It's one thing to deal with "growing pains" as the response in all the other reviews say, it's another thing completely to not refund money that customers are owed and to not even respond to inquiries!!
HORRIBLE customers service. I've been waiting a month for my refund to be processed, then there's a wait for the money to actually be refused after the month long process. You can't get through on the phone. The chat takes forever to get a response
I have ordered from this company many times in the past, but I ordered in September and my return was received September 30. I am unable to receive my refund!!! I have been in contact with them at least 10 times! I sent the last 2 emails to someone up the line named Ajit and got no response at all!DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!Update: I did eventually receive a check for my refund. Thank goodness!
*UPDATE***Updating my review to 4 stars. 5 stars for customer service, 4 stars because their system is being funky, which I do understand is difficult for e-commerce but, it's important to communicate when issues arise. Thank you to Brandi who was able to provide me with my tracking number quickly and thankfully my order is actually arriving today. ****Placed order on the 29th. None of the items were out of stock. Have submitted 2 contact forms since to ask when they plan on shipping. No response. Not shipped yet.Now I have wait 30 days to dispute the charges with shoppay because they aren't communicating or fulfilling my order. Really wish I had a size that was easier to find in person so I didn't have to resort to using online sites.
Placed an order for 2 bras on sale on September 28, 2024. They still have NOT shipped and no emails from the business. Sent them 2 emails now asking when it's shipping and NO RESPONSE. Just filed a chargeback with my credit card and got a refund. Website says they ship in no more than 3 business days. LIES.
I’ve also been waiting for my order for over 2 weeks. They claim that they ship in 1-3 business days. I was able to finally speak with someone by email after emailing them 5 times. They let me know that they are in the middle of a system update to merge with Shopify and that orders are shipping out now. They claim that any orders made after 09/25/2024 were affected by this and they started shipping out on 10/01/2024. They also stated that this was communicated in the confirmation email for my order. First of all, they did not communicate this information in the confirmation email. Second, why didn’t you tell the consumer this information so that we can make informed purchases? Had I known that you were in the middle of business issues, then I would number one, understand the delay and number two, maybe think twice about placing an order at this time. They aren’t being transparent. Lastly, why have deals and promotions around the time of a system update to make more people want to order and cause more conflict? Sounds like a shady business to me and they don’t care about you. It is all about the money that they currently have of mine but I have no product. *Update*Received a reply and they did cancel my order because it was “stuck” in the system and they gave me a refund. They even offered to give me free shipping if I wanted to reorder. I will change my rating since this was quickly rectified after my complaint but it was still an inconvenience.
