Do not buy these bras,they are much smaller than your size. I will send you factory rejects. I have always been a 36DD, they sent ones labeled 36DD but are more like a 32C !!!!!! When you reach out to them they are not helpful. Overpriced factory rejects.
I did not receive one of my shipments from them, although it showed as delivered. I realized this later, and they said they would "escalate" the issue, and then told me they couldn't do anything and stopped responding (even though FedEx indicates that they could still help file a claim). This was for over $200 in merchandise. Really disappointing and my money will be spent elsewhere. Edited to add: The company has responded below saying they wish they could do more, but they can and are deciding not to. As mentioned FedEx recommends that they file a claim - it is still within the time period where they can do so. Yet for some reason (a desire to wash their hands of this?) they are not willing to take the time to do this. Again, disappointing customer service. There are other businesses to support.

I ordered a bra at the beginning of September….and promptly returned because it didn’t fit. I waited a couple weeks but my money was not returned. I called 3 times about my refund. Each time I was given the same line…they were updating their systems and were going to escalate my return request. The last time I called, I told them that I believed they were hoping that I either got tired of calling about the refund or I forgot about it all together. I told the representative that I didn’t believe anything she was saying and that I was going to call the police and my credit card company because they were trying to steal from me….miraculously, whatever the issue had been from Sept. to November which kept them from refunding my money fixed itself in a matter of minutes….by the time I got off the phone with Bare Necessities, the refund was pending on my credit card.
Sent merchandise back for a refund 1 1/2 months ago and still have not received refund to my CC. I have sent 2 messages on their actual site explaining the situation and have not heard anything back at all. I would expect to have heard something back after using their own link from their site, but still waiting a month later.
Horrible. Website states will send out in 1-3 days and 5-7 days for shipping. It took 9 days for them to even get it sent out and the expected arrival date is an additional 11 days. Had I known, I would not have ordered it. I needed the bra for an event. When I realized they didn't send it after 8 dsys? I left messages stating I needed it by Nov2. They should have sent it s faster method to assure me it would arrive in time. Instead they sent it with a method that exceeded the 5-7 days it is promised in the website. I ordered in plenty of time had they sent it out in time. It is scheduled to arrive 3 days after my event. I don't need it now. I had to find another bra for my event today. I was told it couldn't be returned because it was a final sale. That is unacceptable that I can't return a $60 bra that took 2 times as long as they stated it would take to arrive. This is very bad way to run a business.
Unfortunately, I can mirror the two comments below regarding returns. I, too, have been trying to get my refund processed. They explained to me of the upgrade and each time I’ve called, there’s a promise of ‘catching up’ by weeks’ end. Finally told me that they would escalate to a manager who would handle it manually within 24-48 hours. Still no refund. My return was received by them on Sept 20th. I guess I’ll have to pursue through PayPal as well. Very disappointing and I urge anyone ordering to take these comments into consideration.
UPDATE 11/08/24 - I recieved a request for more information on my complaint. I provided the information, and literally within an hour I was contacted about my order numbers. I had a choice of store credit or a refund to be returned to my cc. I chose to refund to my cc. Thank you for the fast response.I used to order from Bare Necessities with no issues in the past. Now, good luck getting your money back. Even if you agreed to just take store credit as a refund. I returned 2 bras towards the end of September and they were recieved. Yet no store credit as a refund or a refund to my credit card.What kind of business does this? I wanted store credit because I thought it would be easier, and just order 2 bras with the returned money.
Update: I finally got my refund after formally filing a complaint with the BBB.I have been having problems receiving a refund, along with many other customers. I had not had an issue with my returns before this. I almost don't believe there are "system issues" for over a month. There has been no actual effort to give me a refund for the items that I no longer have in my possession besides unhelpful emails saying there's a "new system." I've been in contact for almost a month now. I was offered a voucher for store credit, but I no longer trust this business so I don't want to risk losing money again.
