The bra fit specialist was superbly helpful and the overwhelming reason for my continuing to purchase bras at barenecessities. Their fit specialists are knowledgeable and remarkably helpful, and I was offered to be connected with the same one when I called back for further fit help adjustments. The website had changed recently and it’s quite problematic to find or re-order anything, with free returns no longer offered, even for frequent buyers, so that I had just about given up continuing to buy anything there.
I emailed about updating my account information. I don't appreciate the fact that we have to contact the company to update our own information. None of this would have happened if we were able to update our info on the site. I sent the email providing the info that was on my account so they can find it and change my email and phone number. Unfortunately, the person who responded had no idea how to do their job. Every email exchange I gave her information about my profile to help her find it and every response contained her claiming she couldn't and asking for more information. In an effort to control my blood pressure, I decided to call customer service. The women who answered the phone found my account based on the old email address in 2 minutes. The lady from the email needs to be fired because I know she could have found my account using my old email address. This experience was completely preventable and here's the kicker....no one ever responded to my email until today and tells me I was talking to an automated email. I'm so effing furious all I can do is laugh. Horrible doesn't begin to describe an company that is dishonest about communications. The most an automated response is good for is redirecting you or informing you that a real person is coming. There was no indication that I was talking to a robot because humans can be just as useless. Well we're in this syfy movie now, but I will never be shopping with this company of bots ever again. And yes, I do still believe the bot should be fired!
Wish I could attach a photo of what I purchased. I've been surching for months for something that actually fit. I purchased a 2 piece bathing suit. 32g fit perfect but unfortunately not enough support. Solution bought waterproof braswim cups from Amazon and sewed them in place. Perfection. The bottoms was midrise and was perfect also. Hit just below the belly button. Couldn't be happier. If I didn't have to add my own cups for support it would have been a 5 star.
I ordered 4 bras from the company. The arrived timely and we fine but 1 didn't fit. So I returned it (had to pay $7 to return it). They received my return on June 30 and never sent me a refund. They claim they gave me a refund on June 25 which is funny because the email says they received my item on June 30. But they never gave my money back. They told me to check my credit card statements. Which is funny because how do I look for a refund I never received?** you can see the response from the company below, but I assure you I never received a refund. They can say they gave me a refund, but they never did.
Justina is AMAZING! I have been ordering from bare necessities for years now.. she really helped me navigate my sizes between brands and styles when it wasn't straight forward.. she also advised when it would be best to try 2 sizes for perfect comfort and fit! Well versed in all brands and knew when to deviate from my normal size. It was a dream working with Justina - efficient and knowledgeable!
No star review .. DO NOT BIUY especially if you’re wanting for a holiday . i ordered 2 day shipping 6th june still waiting with no order update. email address doesn’t work ( bounced) . $140 dollars and nothing plus $25 for urgent express delivery. As of yet still waiting .:::: AVOID GO ELSEWHERE
My first try, I only received a partial shipment of my order, when I contacted bare necessities they didn’t make it right, although what I ordered had sold out they did send a replacement that I like even more thank you for backing up your products and standing behind your company. I will be ordering again.!
I placed an order for an item in a brand that I already own. I paid extra for expedited shipping. It did not fit. I put a review online and customer service responded with an automated AI response that was irrelevant and dismissive of my concerns. I asked for a manager and was told there wasn’t one available. Waited 2 hours and no response. I placed a new order for 2 day shipping to receive Saturday - it will not arrive until Tuesday. Almost 1 week after my original delivery. $171 out of my pocket and I can wait until it’s delivered and return it. They have my money and did not deliver my order on time. I have was told by one of your representatives I would receive it Saturday- not a misunderstanding
