Review Time
Placed an order on 30/11/2025. Received order on 04/12/2025 and two products (butifarra blanca) had a best before date of 19/07/2025. Emailed them straight away. No reply received. Emailed again on 06/12/2025. No reply so far. I'm reporting them to trading standards.
Incredibly disappointed with my first - and likely last - order. The two packs of frozen croquetas that I had bought for future use came completely thwarted. I have tried three times to reach out to the team at Basco with zero response.
I ordered the Gallega Rump Joint after hearing such wonderful things about the quality of the beef. We’re saving it for Christmas Day, so I haven’t tried it yet, but I wanted to leave a review for the customer service in the meantime. I accidentally placed a duplicate order and needed help resolving it. Basco were incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process, and the communication from their team was excellent. I’m really looking forward to trying the beef and will leave another review after Christmas. Thank you!
i have been using Basco now for a year or so and have yet to be disappointed in it quality and range of authentic products especially its cheese cake only wish i could get a quicker delivery service but that my area problem rather than Basco
