Review Time
Placed two orders. First order included a 1.9k lomo which was shared and finished within a month. No issues and ordered a higher quality smaller lomo. Opened and kept as described (been eating lomo all my life!) this second lomo after 1.5 weeks of being opened developed a white mould and was told that was a ‘feature’ of lomo, I had to keep my tone polite in my response but that is laughable, you are telling someone who has been eating lomo for decades that white mould is a feature of lomo, what a joke! Interesting enough for the other lomo I’m able to write a review at your website but not for the one which has mold on it, I wonder if there has been more issues and we are not allowed to leave reviews at Basco page itself. I was told that this was normal and to peel it and eat it, I don’t think so. Nevertheless, the review will go in at all available sites so people are aware. For reference the item is ‘ ARTURO SANCHEZ LOMITO IBERICO DE BELLOTA 100% 0.4KG - LIMITED EDITION CURED PRESA BELLOTA’, no wonder a limited edition, please don’t make anymore of those!!!!
I bought a selection of meats and foie gra the quality is amazing you can't believe you only paid such a low price for Michelin quality food. They have excellent customer services. You will never be disappointed ever. I will continue to buy from them for years to come. Well done 👍

Very disappointing experience. Special delivery was paid for the order to arrive on a designated date, however, it arrived 7 days earlier when we were away. Unfortunately, nobody we know was nearby to take it in so by the time we returned home it was gone. I contacted Basco customer service for a refund, and after 3 weeks they finally "processed" the refund... 2 weeks later, still no refund and Jo from customer service is rather unhelpful. Please save yourself the trouble and order somewhere else
