Placed an order with next day delivery only to be told almost a week later it was out of stock and offered an alternative item 3days later at more than double the initial cost with 10% discount so more than 2 weeks later I'm now waiting for a refund and had to purchase elsewhere
I needed a replacement shower head and hose and I got put through to Zoey when I called in. She was so helpful quickly giving me the codes of the parts I needed and even making me aware of a discount offer. I was very impressed with her knowledge of products and helpful manner . Bought a 3 way thermostatic shower head from this company to replace the last one I had l which lasted 10years from a different supplier, unfortunately this 1 only lasted 9 months which is not very good but the customer service team sent me a replacement the next day when I reported the problem to them so the negatives were outweighed by their great customer care and service.
Had an issue with one of the products that I purchased through bathroom house, contacted the Team and Zoey was very fast efficient and quick to respond with an outcome.
