I bought a shower tap and 1 attachment was missing.I contacted them and chased but no replies.I have booked a plumber and I eneded up buying the extra part costing me another 50£...Not really ideal and terrible customer experience and service.
I purchased a hot water tap from Bathroom House, and the experience has been a nightmare. Since installation, the water has a persistent, foul chemical/plastic taste that makes it completely undrinkable. Despite the company’s claims that the tank is stainless steel, there is no evidence of this in the product documentation, and the taste suggests otherwise.Worst of all, the company has completely ignored my attempts to resolve this. I have reached out multiple times to arrange a return for this faulty item, and I have met a wall of silence. It seems they are happy to take your money but disappear when their product fails. It is unacceptable to sell a product for human consumption that is clearly unfit for purpose and then refuse to communicate. Save your money and your health—shop elsewhere.
Ordered two items. Set them aside for our plumber. When the box was opened a week later, ONE ITEM WAS MISSING.I contacted the company and spoke to a staff member called Vinny, who initially said the issue would be passed to customer services. Instead, I received a GENERIC TEMPLATE EMAIL and was then called back and told — in an AGGRESSIVE AND CONFRONTATIONAL manner — that the company would NOT replace the missing item because it was not reported within 48 HOURS.This so-called policy conveniently allows the company to REFUSE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS MISSING FROM DELIVERY. No investigation. No goodwill. ZERO attempt to resolve an obvious failure at their end.If you do not open and inspect every delivery immediately, you apparently accept ALL RISK, even when items are missing on arrival. SHOCKINGLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR ETHICS. AVOID.
Very easy to order although the 300mm handrail was shown the Web site didn't say there was a 400mm version in stock ,and I found it by accident when I did a specific search .But my experience Bathroom house was perfect ,The pricing was the lowest and the rak quality of solid brass and bright chrome plated is second to none ,Also the flange each end to secure the rail to the wall ,has a wonderful threaded end bezel to cover the fixing screwaTheir delivery was 48hrs and via dpd excellent feedback to delivery times. I highly recommend Bathroom House ,5*****
Ordered a shower payed for it then got a email next day saying out of stock so they sent me an alternate one that I was grateful for. However just had a message of the customer I fitted for saying it’s leaking not happy the hose has failed so emailed them today to send a replacement and fingers crossed they will but I’ll report back if they do. Well thank you much appreciated great service.
I was looking for matching wall mounted bath taps but with deck fitting basin taps.These were very scarce to find, but Bathroom-House had them in stock. The only problem was not a great deal to choose from. Prompt dispatch & delivery.
Purchased the Bailey chrome bath shower mixer tap & rigid shower riser kit. Quality of the pipework felt quite plasticky and some of the shower head holes appear to be blocked. The Flexi hose connecting the tap outlet to the bottom of the riser pipe was too short and restricted the height of the riser/waterfall head, making it only suitable for people of a height of 5'4" and under.Contacted bathroom house about a longer hose - no response received whatsoever. Had to purchase a pipe extension from another supplier - this pipe was much higher quality than the Bathroom House riser pipe.Left a review of the product on the Bathroom House website which was "submitted for review" and was never posted - leads me to believe they don't post honest reviews if they aren't 5 stars.Wouldn't buy from here again.
