Ordered a shower from here and should have known better due to the low price, I got next day delivery and it came 2 days later, maybe due to me ordering in the evening Anyway the shower is something straight off temu, lightweight, plasticy, flimsy with basic instructions, I managed to fit it, it does look nice but I'm not sure how long it's going to last!I suppose you get what you pay for so don't be lured in with the cheap prices like I did, they're cheap for a reason
Ordered a black mixer shower and black thermostatic mixer shower from this company for myself and my customer. (As I am a bathroom fitter) I decided to try out this company. Well to start with the items supplied to me started to appear as though the black coating on the tap began to peel off/corrode just after 5 days of installation, the leaks between the mixer tap handle and main body of the tap started. Took pictures and videos sent these to the supplier, it took two months of emails back and forth before a replacement was sent out. The quality of the products sent to me is poor, I cannot recommend their product to anyone neither would I fit their products for any customer. Their customer service is appalling, no empathy, lack of any form of professionalism, communication is very poor, rating this company with a one star rating is extremely generous in all honesty.
No warranty, bought a thermostatic mixer tap and full shower, paid for the expensive one and after fitting the water pulsated an didn’t work properly, contacted customer services and they kept requesting different videos which I sent, asked for a replacement but they just kept saying send another video, got fed up in the end and bought a different one from b&q which works fine, also the shower is cheap and nasty plastic so changing that too, don’t buy as totally rubbish and will not replace or refund .after reading your reply I did send a video of the new tap supplied from bathroom house and how it wasn’t working properly. Now your saying it’s not your tap, just constantly lie, the video sent was of the new tap supplied by you!!
This company is a scam when it comes to giving refunds. They don't answer there phones and you have to wait months for a response via email, only to be told you damaged there items you just about took out of the box.They had the audacity to take pictures of damaged goods and accusing me of sending that back to them. Refusing me a refund that has taken 3 months and counting to resolve.Take pictures or videos of what you are sending back. Even film opening packages. They are not to be trusted
