Absolutely awful customer service. I ordered some bathroom taps, they let me order them and then emailed to say they didn’t have the stock and the system had let me order them by error and stock wouldn’t be in until another 7 days time. I agreed to wait at this point. 10 days later I’d heard nothing so I emailed to chase my order to be told it would be another 15 days wait for stock. I said I couldn’t wait and wanted to cancel my order but I also enquired about stock in a different colour as an alternative - they took so long to reply I sourced my taps from another retailer. I emailed to tell them I no longer wanted the order. They then replied (eventually) and said they would send out the alternative colour if I wanted them to. I responded straight away and said no thank you as I already had taps from another retailer, they sent them anyway and are now not accepting any responsibility for having them back etc. I do not recommend this company at all, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! The original taps I ordered are still showing as in stock on their website but they still do not have stock. How many other people have they messed around….
I ordered a white gloss bathroom worktop which has not been fitted yet , great company to deal with and the product is excellent quality delivery was prompt and the product was well protected to prevent damage in transit.I would highly recommend this company and the product and a great price so I am very happy and I am looking forward to seeing the finished product.
Good communication and quick delivery to the unit in Gilmoss, staff there till 6 so collection wasn't a problem. Have looked to order another product from them which is on a back order.Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Parts from bathroom house are really competitive.
Bought a small sized Belfast sink for my art studio. It was good quality, perfect size (which was hard to find) and a good price. Picked it up directly from the warehouse in Liverpool, where the staff were very helpful. More than happy with my purchase.
Purchased a 3/4 in 1 instant boiling water tap for the remodel kitchen No problem with purchase or shipping to NZ good communication with customer service although not a quick response a positive outcome Very happy with the quality of the product and the service especially when l am in another country
