Item purchased: Westminster traditional basin taps. TBT08CMy experience was perfectly OK. The taps were of good quality and being offered at about half the price of similar taps. I can only assume that they are going obsolete.A minor gripe is that the website description of these taps says they are "suitable for all plumbing systems" at the same time as saying that they require 0.5 bar water pressure to work. Clearly both cannot be true, and of course they do require a high pressure system for good performance. I missed this detail on the description before purchasing, so it's my fault. I wouldn't have bought them had I read the details properly as I would have known that they were not 'suitable for all plumbing systems'.The ordering and delivery and packaging were OK
