Update. You sometimes need to trial a terrible product to realise just how bad it is. When putting on the shower head, it immediately left a scratch on the cheap Chinese plastic it's made out of. This is why I'm not getting a refund apparently.
I placed an order for a shower unit over the weekend, selecting next-day delivery as I urgently needed a replacement installed. However, on Monday I received an email stating that the item was out of stock. They also mentioned that they do not operate over the weekend, which explains the delay in processing the order—but this wasn’t made clear during the ordering process.They offered an alternative, but the options I actually preferred—though still listed as available on the website—were also out of stock. I had to settle for the one they suggested, which wasn’t my first choice, but I accepted it out of urgency.Even then, the replacement didn’t arrive the next day as expected—I had to wait an additional day. Considering I paid for next-day delivery, it would’ve been fair to have the item sent out on the same day the issue was discovered. The delay wasn’t my fault.That said, the product itself seems fine, and it came recommended by my handyman. I just hope the ordering and delivery process becomes more transparent and efficient in the future, as I’d still be willing to try them again.

Ordered three items that ALL showed in stock and paid for NEXT DAY delivery.They emailed me the next day that 1/3 of the items won't be available for a few days and asked if I want an altermative or willing to wait for THAT item.I agreed to wait for that item.BUT in order to save THEMSELVES money, they also decided not to ship the item that WAS in stock in order for them not to need to pay for two shipments.In addition, the refund for the next day delivery that I paid for was also not yet received!HORRIBILE SERVICE!
Sadly, not a great review. Ordered product paid for next day. Informed not able to send next day so I asked and received a part delivery refund. Checked that available 3-5 days, and was told yes, so waited. Didn't come. Chased up, twice, informed sent, then not, then eventually that sadly it wouldn't be coming due to transit issues, so we said to cancel and we had to order elsewhere. Only to get an email saying ignore that, it's been sent - and it duly arrived that day! By which time I had paid for another product - so a total mess. Got a part refund (should have been a total refund but just cant be bothered with them) Will not be using again. Live and learn.
The product I bought had little information in the product description and I had to purchase with the hope that its fit for purpose. However it didn't work and I had to return it and the drama started, firstly the communication was so poor and I had to keep chasing the contact reps for next steps, I paid for tlreturn courier and there was no say about whether the item had been received or when I'd receive a refund. When I reach out to the rep, they patronisingly tell me it can take more than 14 days which wasn't communicated earlier. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company unless you're absolutely sure the product is fit for purpose.
