Terrible company, wish I had done my research before purchasing as I would have gone with someone reputable. What they are doing is selling cheap low quality products at inflated prices, while the consumer assumes they are getting a service backed up by after sales support. The product leaked within the warranty period, they requested a video which I gave them, they agreed a replacement would be sent out due to inferior quality item and then no further communication was made, ignoring all other correspondences and needless to say no replacement was ever received. Cowboy company avoid at all costs unless you are looking for disappointmentHaving left this review I have now finally received the replacement I was promised on 09/07. Still no communication and coincidence I think not but all is well that ends well
I was very happy with the 3 way shower taps. Look lovely once installed. Would have been 5 stars if I had received the shorter hose. After sending in the email with photos as requested, I have had no response or replacement. Hasn’t affected the usage, just would look better not having a long hose hanging into the bath.
Ordered a tap in July, the handheld shower hose attachment was not the same as the picture (received a silver rubber hose rather than the normal chrome hose you expect). I contacted them to request a replacement as per their website. I received a response within a week requesting info I’d already provided. I resent it anyway for ease, this was the beginning of August, am still waiting for a response…..really simple fix. Shouldn’t be this difficult.
