Went ahead with an order, item clearly said in stock. Wasn’t. Suffered delays to out work schedule as a result. Paid for next day delivery. Contacted me via email in coming days - pointless at this point. Still waiting on refund. Just another 3rd party tout who literally ship direct from the manufacturer and don’t carry their own stock.
Terrible! Sold me an item out of stock, informed me 6 days later offered me a completely different colour, green instead of black, my unit wouldn’t be back in stock for another 2 months. They said they would send the taps and fittings, but I would have to pay for another delivery of unit ( I had already paid £39.95 for delivery) ! I responded back by email to be told they were still answering emails from the 12 February, and I was in a queue. Rang customer services - who offered me another black unit , not what I wanted but went ahead with as I was paying a bathroom fitter . She organised a refund too . Delivery of taps arrived- but she had ordered another one on top of what I already had purchased alongside fittings, which I have also been charged for . Basically- go elsewhere if I was you . In response to your reply , I contacted you ! I was offered a green unit instead of black! I never ordered the second tap - the lady on the phone added it to my order.
I would not normally review a purchase that was not acceptable due to colour that I was going to return. The return procedures you have produced have not allowed me to return the product to you due to advised back log on your part in communication.
Do not order anything from this company. Rock bottom prices - buy cheap, buy twice which is exactly what I’ve had to do. Shower bar fitted professionally, fitter struggled to get it to hold water but just about managed. Hasn’t been used yet due to late delivery of a shower enclosure (not from these guys) and water is pouring out of it. Had the automated response from them saying they’re dealing with customer service emails from 2 months ago so not holding my breath. I am going to contact my credit card company and see if I can raise a complaint with them. This company is not for real so do not fall for it with them.
Well I can only speak for the person's who I have spoken with ( Lydia and Zoe ) from this Company " Bathroom House ". And I must admit those two agents ( Zoe and Lydia ) went above and beyond excellent work . Yes So far it is early days but I will update if experience or customer services changes. But as of now great stuff .
