Sizing is off

Sizing is wrong. Bought a trouser here, model is 175cm and wears a XS. I bought a size M, I am 171cm tall and the trousers were way too short. Same with a dress I bought two years ago. Sizing is off, despicable for the price you pay. Customer service responds quick but doesn't acknowledge nor fix this problem.

AVOID, BOA is worse than SHEIN

AVOID! Sizing is OFF and the customer service is non-existent. This company is very sneaky and has terrible customer service. I ordered several items from the outlet section as well as a few full-price items, and followed their sizing guide (I even bought a tape measure to ensure my measurements were correct). The products I received were so small I could not button them. When I went to reorder these items in the next size up, two of the items (which appeared to be part of the end-of-season summer linen collection found in the outlet section) were now listed at full price, and the outlet section of their site had disappeared, within one week.It also feels like a very shady pricing tactic to list items in an “outlet” section, implying end-of-stock clearance, not a temporary sale, and then hike the prices back up immediately afterward without any explanation.They do not offer exchanges, and you must return items at your own cost. I have never encountered a company with such awful customer service policies. It's embarrassing when SHEIN has better customer service than a supposedly U.K.-based company. Also, the products are heavily polyester (plastic) and not worth the hassle at this price point. They are nicely designed but poorly sold, and it is not worth dealing with BOA, especially when you are the one spending money.
