If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered for next-day delivery for an event, but my order hasn't even left for delivery. I requested a refund for shipping due to the delay and received a dismissive response. The customer service needs improvement, particularly in handling complaints. This experience has dissuaded me from shopping here again.
The customer service was exceptional. I reached out with an issue that was my fault, and the representative resolved it immediately and went above and beyond. This was my first order after wanting their products for months, and I will definitely buy again and recommend them to everyone. 10/10!
I recently placed my first order and mistakenly added an item I didn’t want. The support team assisted me in canceling it. I plan to place another order with the items I intended to buy. The only downside was that the 10% discount didn’t apply.
When I tried to register a return through the return portal of boa it said that I was outside of the return period even though I was sure I was not. I wrote to the support service of boa and Lucy informed me that the return policy had been changed to 14 instead of 30 days, and that of course I could still register my return because I ordered the clothes when it was still 30 days. She didn't only give me this information but also already sent me the return label to make it as easy as it could be for me. Thank you so much Lucy for your really fast reply and help with my problem!
