I am THRILLED with this custom made pair of THEO DERBY shoes which I received from you at Beckett Simonon yesterday. I have NEVER experienced such perfect comfort at first try-on before! Their appearance is tremendous and these shoes absolutely reek of quality. At every step she provided the information I needed, and when individualized responses could be provided (e.g., a personalized invoice), she went out of her way to ensure they were. Shoes arrived earlier than expected, ordered the Dean oxfords they fit just perfect, but I know wearing them for a few times will make them fit even better and the arch support is great. These are quality and to think I was worried buying them on line.
I placed an order for 3 pairs of shoes and 1 purse on October 26, 2025. They sent an invoice which I didn't review until around 2 days later. I was very surprised to see the prices for the items I purchased were much higher than what was listed on the website and what I had agreed to pay for each item - it was a "special" (by alot). I immediately called and cancelled my order and was told my credit card would be credited the next day. It's now been 5 days, and still no refund.
