I'm so happy with my new loafers & matching belt! The shoes fit great, both items look great and are clearly impeccably constructed, and they helped me look my best for a recent board meeting.Beckett Simonon's customer service and communication throughout the order production phase were really excellent. They sent periodic emails explaining the production process & highlighting the artisans, while also providing updates throughout the production timeline from order to delivery. For made-to-order items with a longer lead time, those went a long way for me. I always felt informed and didn't have to wonder about the status of my order, and got to learn about the process and artisans making the shoes.
Beckett Simonon has become my go-to retailer when it comes to my casual and dress footwear. I’ve purchased several pairs of dress shoes and sneakers, and they are very high quality and look great. It’s worth the wait for them to be constructed if you want high end shoes. Plus, the price is incredible for what you get. And customer service is top notch. I highly recommend them!
