There was some premature wear on my briefcase that the customer service team said was unacceptable. They sent me a brand new brief case immediately, even though I had been using the existing one for 11 months. Talk about standing behind your product. This is a first class organization, and the best customer service I've ever received. Thank you, BS!
I have heard lots of good things about this brand on TikTok and from word of mouth and decided to place an order for my boyfriend’s birthday. Unfortunately, I miscalculated the shipping time and so it would not arrive on time for his birthday. Thankfully, after speaking to a lovely customer support staff member I was able to get my gift expedited as an exception. This really goes to show how awesome and considerate the company is. They are willing to work with you and go beyond measures for the customers satisfaction. Will definitely be shopping here again.
Becket Simonon not just a good company with perfect shoes selection (and many other leather products). I recently made a huge purchase and faced some unclarity in my understanding of the refund/return process. I reached out to the Support team to ask for the clarification after I purchased 2 pairs of identical boots , but with different sizes. ANd asked if that was OK to immediately return one and get refund to the credit card. The confirmed that it was completely acceptable and even thou they did custom boot version for you, they consider it a best practice to purchase different sizes and select which one suits you more. And that is totally ok. I was pleased by that information. And also i was able to easily change the coloring of my sneakers, which they offered me with 50% discount during the purchase of initial boots. It was a great User experience, as well as getting nice leather belt again with almost 30%+ discount. I appreciate a lot quality of support team. And quality of boots is extremely high as well.
