This app used to be an excellent way to earn some extra cash in your free time. However, recent changes have left users feeling frustrated. Now, any earnings take 60 days to process before being credited, and there are new withdrawal limits. Even with these limits, users are often met with claims of excessive withdrawals, resulting in an endless waiting period. It feels like the service has trapped users' earnings, hoping they will simply accept the situation.
I earned $700 in September 2025, but I couldn't access the funds until December 31. This is simply unacceptable. Additionally, many individuals lost everything because of a new inactivity clause introduced after payments were halted. I recommend steering clear of this service.
I remained very patient throughout the process. I didn't voice my concerns when withdrawals were halted until 12/3. I kept quiet even when I couldn't access my initial funds until December 5th, and now, the rest of my money has been in limbo since 12/9. I attempted to reach out through social media, but they have disabled those channels. This service feels like a scam.
Our troubles began in early October when we were unable to withdraw any funds, with no prior notice regarding policy changes. A notification indicated that funds would be accessible by December 3rd. After that date, the situation deteriorated rapidly, leading to numerous complications. The app promotes 'instant' withdrawals, but a closer look reveals a disclaimer stating it could take up to 5 hours for claims to process. What's not mentioned is the new challenges of impossible claims, restrictions, and extremely long wait times. My initial claim faced a staggering delay of 53 days. This means it will take until February to receive $50 from an 'instant' payout. Attempts to reach customer support have been futile, as tickets seem to close automatically. This has turned into a significant scam, luring users with promises of funds in exchange for playing games, yet the actual funds remain elusive.
I am still waiting for my rewards! I submitted my first withdrawal request on 12/9, and I have yet to receive any of my four requests, which total nearly $200. Where is my money? I haven’t received any replies from the support team. I strongly advise against using this app. Please respond to my emails!
Initially, this app seemed promising with quick and easy withdrawals. However, when I attempted to withdraw my earnings, I was informed that everyone had to wait until December 3rd due to updates aimed at enhancing the app. This announcement came in October! When December 3rd arrived, the system was overwhelmed, and I still couldn't access my funds. By December 10th, my instant withdrawal to a payment platform was marked as accepted... or so I thought. Now, it shows it's been in queue for over three days. As of December 24th, I have received nothing, and there's been no communication from their support team. This app feels like a complete scam that has held onto my money and many others' for too long. I would give it zero stars if that were an option.
I decided to sign up for Benjamin One because there was a $400 sign up bonus for a chime checking account if I used this app to get the bonus. I successfully earned the bonus over 3 months ago, and they blocked withdrawals from September all the way to December 3rd, this was super frustrating, so I decided to wait until December 3rd. I was not able to withdraw STILL even after waiting, and a few weeks ago I was finally able to initiate withdrawals to get my chime bonus into my PayPal account.
Fast forward, the “instant transfer” withdrawals to PayPal are STILL in queue, you even have to pay $1 per withdrawal for the instant transfer fee, last time I checked an instant transfer doesn’t take weeks (and counting!)
I am extremely fed up with Benjamin, I even contacted there customer support, they haven’t responded or replied and it’s been over a week…
I urge EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!! It is not worth spending your precious time earning on this app when they are never going to withdraw it out to you, even if you reach out. It’s a loss and I am going to make sure people are aware of this app and stay away from it.
AVOID THIS APP AT ALL COSTS! Deceptive and Untrustworthy! This app is filled with false promises and scams. They do not compensate users as they advertise. I dedicated months and invested money into this app to earn rewards, only for these scammers to withhold the funds I rightfully earned. Initially, they paused withdrawals for three months under the guise of a so-called update meant to enhance the app, which did nothing to improve the experience. Then, they restricted users from accessing their entire balance, creating a fake queue with wait times exceeding 100 days just to transfer funds to payment platforms. After submitting multiple support tickets and emails without any response from their support team, I am completely done with this awful app and am considering legal action to recover my funds.
This is a complete scam. I really don't want to see anyone else get taken advantage of. I was instructed to return on December 3rd to finalize everything, so I did. Now, I'm being told I can't complete the process due to 'suspicious activity.' When I attempt to contact customer service, it claims I have the wrong phone number, which is ironic since they have the correct one on file. It seems they simply don’t want to fulfill their obligations.
I have been using this service for over a year, and it was good initially. However, they froze withdrawals for three months to update their system. Now, they limit withdrawals to 50 per day. My account balance dropped from 130 to 104 after the updates, and despite reaching out to the support team, I received no response. I've attempted to withdraw, but both requests have been pending for over 7 days, with an email stating it could take up to 54 days. At this point, I cannot recommend this service, despite having suggested it to friends and family in the past.
