I found this App and loved it , I was able to cash out $800. Then came the update.Not only did they hold money for 60 days.Once the update happened, it took almost 2 weeks to request the money.And then there was a cap of $50 plus a .99 cent charge on each withdrawal. I was finally able to request all my money.I'm owed $750.I have received one payment of $50. Customer service is a joke.All you receive is automated responses and there is no way to get an actual person to help you. I have filed a complaint with FTC , however , I don't think i'm ever going to see my $725. If someone knows how to contact actual person please let me know Be warned and stay away.
They used to be legit. But things changed for the worse in December. First the money you earn on app is not credit to your actuel earning for weeks, then when you try to withdraw your money it goes pending again. I tried to withdraw $50 last december and nothing. I contacted the customer support that just have me some automated answers. Stay away from them. They are now a scam
This app has really gone down hill. They aren't processing withdrawals at all. I paid for the kick off subscription. They owe me $15.00 for that, but my payment is stuck in que! I signed up in December, now here it is February, and they still won't pay me. I wouldn't waste your time in this app at all.
I was a loyal user of Benjamin for well over a year. Very happy. They paid out on time. They were very reputable. Then this past August, I went to cash out winnings and it said we would have to wait until Dec for a "new exciting system to be set up". We'll, fast forward to December and I did get $50 of what they owe me about 10 days after I requested it, as $50 is their daily limit. The next day I put in another $50, that was Dec 10. Its now Jan 31 and it's still pending showing 3+ days in the queue. I've emailed dozens of times and they give me some nonsense about payout limits and that I'm in queue. I have another $25 pending as well. It seems to me that they're just taking advertisers money and not paying out as promised. They certainly aren't as advertised nor as they started out. I wish there was a way to let their advertisers know so they stop supporting a company that's lying to them and its users!
SCAM SCAM SCAM!! They will not pay your withdrawal. For several months in 2025 Benjamin said they were updating their system so withdrawal requests were unavailable until 12/3. It took until 12/9 before they allowed me to even enter a withdrawal, and after numerous emails to their customer service department I have still not received my money and it has been well over a month showing “in que”. As of 1/26/2026 I have still not received the $131 I earned. Benjamin is a waste of time and a shady scam company. They will not pay the money you earn.
They are quick to reply, but only to give you the run around. They will not provide an ETA as to when you will receive your withdrawal money because THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU!! SCAM SCAM SCAM
I have been using this app for several years, and it was fantastic until it took a turn for the worse. The recent update around October has been problematic. I attempted to cash out, but it now only offers PayPal or Venmo. My cash-out request has been pending since December 18th. When I contacted the support team, I received a vague response mentioning only an "estimated wait time." It's been over a month since my request, and I still haven't received my funds. I cannot recommend this app anymore; it feels like a complete scam.
Like many others, I found this app to be fantastic until the recent updates. I had been waiting for December 3rd to withdraw my available funds of $40, knowing I couldn’t do it until then due to my busy schedule. When the day finally came, it seemed like everyone else was trying to withdraw as well, which the developers should have anticipated. Unfortunately, I couldn’t access my funds until December 10th, and I lost the ability to withdraw directly to my account, a feature I really valued. After finally requesting my $40, I found it stuck in a queue with a vague timeline of '3+ days.' That could mean anything from a week to never. It's now been over a month and I'm still waiting, with no response to my inquiries beyond automated replies. While I check in daily, the pending points from previous activities have left me unmotivated to engage further. I used to love this app, especially during the holidays with bonuses, but now it feels disappointing and frustrating. I just want my $40 back.
Deceptive practices. Used to provide payouts but no longer does. I've been waiting two months for my payout. When the time came to request it, I was told I now have to wait even longer. We're looking at months of waiting for a payout. Terrible experience. Other platforms process payments almost instantly. Do not trust.
I waited all summer for a payment on December third, only to be informed that I couldn't receive it due to the high volume of requests. It's now January 12th, and I'm still waiting! I doubt I'll ever see my money. It's incredibly disappointing! Meanwhile, I keep receiving almost daily messages from a representative urging me to engage with the app. No way! You don't pay anymore!
I've been using this service for over two years. Living on Social Security makes things tough, and this app helped me manage for a while. However, they've been holding $237 for six months now. It's been stuck in their so-called cash queue for weeks. Many people, including myself, are suffering because of this. We relied on this extra support to make ends meet. It's unacceptable to take our time and money without any resolution. At 73 years old, how much longer must I wait to reclaim what's rightfully mine?
