If I could rate this lower, I would. We are all aware of the pause on withdrawing winnings until December 3rd, but as of December 5th, I still can't access my funds due to overwhelming requests. It feels like gaslighting. I have nearly $2,500 that I urgently need for bills and the holidays. I've reached out to customer service, and while they are polite, the responses have been unhelpful—just 'keep trying.' What did they expect would happen? This is a poorly thought-out strategy. The individuals responsible for pausing all withdrawals for months and then allowing them only to be overwhelmed should face consequences. Additionally, imposing a withdrawal limit and charging a fee for it is just unacceptable. I am left feeling disappointed and angry. Regarding the response I received: it was just a typical, automated reply that offered no real help.

Edit: The representative leaves a "professional" response to our negative feedback, but when I reach out via email, I receive no real answers. The response states we’ll hear back in 5-7 business days. I attempted to withdraw my funds again this morning, and countless frustrated players are still waiting for their payouts. There are always excuses for why we can't access our money. I maintain my original stance. This is an UNRELIABLE app... do not trust it.

They also delayed adding earnings, making us wait over a month. I will no longer use this application, as there are many other options that actually pay.

Today, as they announced withdrawals, I’ve been trying since 5 am, only to receive messages saying they’re busy, asking me to try again later. I can't spend all day waiting for a response. It’s been 6 hours now, and still NO RESPONSE. I haven't received the money I earned months ago. THIS SITE IS A FRAUD, and I will report this delay to my attorney and the authorities. NEVER engage with this platform.
Two months ago, we all received a notification that withdrawals would be available on December 3. I have $275 in my available withdrawal balance. Now, on the day everyone is trying to cash out, we receive a message stating that the volume of requests is too high to withdraw. Poor planning.
This application was excellent until recently. A few months ago, I tried to redeem for a gift card, and it said redemptions were delayed until December 3 due to updates, which was fine. I continued using the app to increase my balance. Today is December 3, and when I went to redeem for a gift card, they no longer offer them. Now it’s only Venmo or PayPal, and not everyone has an account with those services. I have almost $200 that I wanted to redeem for a gift card, but I can't do anything with it since I don’t have a bank account or a way to create a PayPal or Venmo account. This should have been disclosed months ago when they announced the updates. I'm very disappointed after investing so much time to earn this money.
