Initially, they suspended all withdrawals for about 3 months. Now that withdrawals are supposedly allowed, they require a $25 minimum and charge a fee for each transaction. I've been trying to withdraw my $314 since 7 am, and it’s now 2 pm, only to receive messages stating they are busy and to try later. What a waste of time and effort! They also delayed adding earnings, making us wait over a month. I will no longer use this application, as there are many other options that actually pay.
I waited very patiently for the updates. I understand that some things take time, but now it’s not paying out. And before you suggest contacting customer service, that’s also pointless because I’ve sent emails with no response. Just pay me my money; don’t be labeled a scam.
I discovered this platform over a year ago, and it was great. Customer service was quick and resolved issues efficiently. However, during my last few cashouts, I received messages about 'unusual' activity on my account, instructing me to wait 24 hours and try again. I kept getting the same message every 24 hours. After one long month of back and forth, I finally managed to cash out. The last time I tried, it said all cashouts were 'paused' until December 3 due to site improvements. Imagine my surprise when I tried to cash out today, only to receive that same old message again! I submitted a support ticket, and the automated response says it could take 5-7 days for someone to reply. I’ve already waited 3 months to cash this out, and I need it! This is disappointing, as this platform was my favorite. I can’t recommend it under these circumstances. This behavior is not only unfair but also shady! I desperately need the $147 I rightfully earned and waited MONTHS to access. Please resolve this for me in a timely manner! I was really hoping all this waiting would restore the platform to its former state. To say I'm DEEPLY disappointed is an understatement! I don't want to stop using it.
I waited over a month for the promised withdrawal feature to be updated, and now that day has arrived, I’m told I still can’t withdraw because the daily withdrawal cap has been met, and it’s only 6:00 in the morning. This application is nothing but a SCAM!!!
I patiently waited for withdrawals to be available again on December 3. Now I can’t withdraw my money because the daily limit has been reached. I highly doubt that, as it’s only 4 am. Furthermore, the app didn't show it was updated until around 3 am. I’ve had issues with this application before, but they usually came through. I suspect they’re running low on funds to pay out. I only have $45, but I was counting on being able to withdraw it.
I’ve been playing for a while, and until recently, they decided to put everyone's money on hold until December. They said to keep playing, and we could withdraw on December 3. However, when I tried to withdraw, they claimed the cap had been met. I’m sure there are other platforms that won’t hold your earned money. They outright lied.
Really? You have the audacity to again copy paste? If you are a genuine company why were the withdrawal on hold for months, if you are not scan why we can’t withdraw today and if you are legit why you haven’t given me right answer?DO Not copy paste what you said to others. At first I was loving this app. It was an easy way to earn money and I love the option for cash back for different purchases at store. However, when I tried to cash out I was given a pop up that said I couldn’t cash out until 12/03/25. Now, here we are on 12/03 and every time I try to cash out I get a pop up about how’s there’s a lot of withdraws and to basically wait and “try again later” Not the best setup if they can’t handle a huge influx of withdraws when they are the ones who delayed cash out until 12/3 for everyone. Update: I was able to make a withdrawal but now there’s a cap on how much you can take out which is ONLY $50. I will be finding a different app apparently.
Was a once great app, then months ago reported that "exciting upgrades" were on the way, so they had to "delay" withdrawals until Dec 3. The "exciting upgrades" were that they will now charge .99 for every withdrawal with a cap of $50 a day. Then went to withdrawal and the claimed that they reached their withdrawal limit for the day. Don’t let them scam you, I’m joining a class action against them.
