I would recommend Benuta!

I was very happy with my Benuta purchase. I forgot to fill in the code on my discount voucher during checkout. After I realized that I forgot I contacted Benuta end Benuta directly refunded the amount on my account, whereas many other companies just apologize and say that I can use it for my next purchase. And yes, I forget to use my vouchers a lot; in fact I have a drawer full of vouchers. Also delivery was quick and the product was good quality.

Costs for return way too high

The delivery was really fast and it was exactly what I expected it to be. In the end the the carpet was too small, so I returned it. When going trough the instructions for the return I figured out that it will be 19€!!! It’s way to much, as the shop is for the Netherlands but it is send to Germany. I have no understanding for this. I am happy to pay a few euros- every other shop offers this service for free. Unfortunately, I will not order again.

I never received the carpet I ordered…

I never received the carpet I ordered and when I called two weeks later they said, it had accidentally been returned to them and never shipped to me - no information and only then they started refunding my money. I have to order again, no possibility to ship the carpet to me again.

I like the rug, but...

I like the rug, but there a few aspects that, from my perspective, could be better:- The carpet came inside a cardboard box, with the top side turned to the outside, and with no protection at all against possible delivery accidents. It was raining the day of the delivery, imagine if the box have had fallen...- The carpet stinks, and the smell is not going away...- The carpet came with a bird's poop, luckily it was at the bottom side, but still not a good sign regarding the cleanliness of your installations/ warehouses. - And finally your tracking system does not work. I tried with 3 different browsers + my phone, but the tracking page was always blank.
