Unexpected holes

The colours and material are exactly as we expected them as well as the size. However, there are holes in our lovely carpet where they weave one colour into another and where they should not normally be.

I like your products but the fact that I need to pay 20€ if I want to return them is really disappointing.In such a online service delivery and return cost should not be charged.I will rather buy from another place that they do not charge me in case I need to give it back.
