What can I say?? Except an amazing company for accessibility. From booking to travelling. The staff were all great, booking was easy, getting on and off the coaches was simple enough, securing my wheelchair was great too. The journey was so smooth and pleasant. Definitely be using them again for my travels and would highly recommend to anyone with accessibility or extra needs. All you have to do is phone to book and let them know your requirements so they can ensure they put the correct vehicle on that trip for you. Well Done Berry's!!

The coaches often don’t have working…

The coaches often don’t have working usb charging ports. Warren the on board staff seems to enjoy making jokes about left luggage being on eBay or the Taunton depot

Always a good service

Always a good service. When I travelled recently the ports for mobile phone and laptop connections were working. Otherwise this would be a 4 star review.
