Terrible app, scammy odds too and also includes betting on sports gaming which are all rigged. I’d give this 0 stars if I could, bet365 if you read this screw you and your bs company. Always talking money but don’t give back ever, I’d rather bet on hard rock than this scam app
If I can give it 0 stars I would . Been on this betting app for 5 years . Treated them really good untill over the last year been playing on there casino no word of a lie everytime I would put on money I would never win nothing it would be straight down . I told them about how come I never win nothing when you tell them this they will transfer you to responsible gambling and suspend your account then tell you they take there products seriously and the return to player . They do this to cover there ass . Since your now suspended you got to answer a series of questions basically telling them you can afford what your losing . They do this to cover there ass for never letting you win nothing they say it's to make sure your ok with them taking all your money . And if you say anything negative about the ammount of money your not winning good luck getting your account back last 2 months I popped in 12 grand on ther casino betting 1-3 dollars and to think you would win enough to withdrawl no nothing only money you can withdraw is all the money it drained from you and what you got left . When you tell them this they you don't win what's going on it's a serious matter then they always come back to tell you after the review that we don't see nothing wrong . Then they tell you your return to player is lower then normal . There scammers I banned them from using there casino I told them and when I said this I was transfered to responsible gambling once again cause I told them ther not getting no more money from me think they would let you win a bit th we crooks . Use any other casino there s bunch of bad customers service also they don't try to fix there shitty app that always crashes
I been on bet 365 for 5 years and for 7 straight months I win 200 they take a 1000 or 2000 back recently lost 12 grand in 2 months on there casino . Messaged them about why is my return to player so shitty . They came back and sent me to the responsible gambling department to try to close my account after robbing me . They told me my return to player was 89 percent and was lower then normal . So that's what they do if you complain about the retrun to player they will cover there ass my putting a hold on your account to go to answer a bunch of questions about if you got control of your gambling so you can't say later that your return to player is shit . I been ripped off on games that glitched and took my money 3 days in a row on there bet 365 flyer game staking 25 dollars and up not even letting me play the round . When I message in they would not give me mylmeh back telling me I needed screen shots and here I am spending over 200$ a day with them they can't afford to give me back 25$ I got ripped off im seriously disgusted with there customer service as well it's horrible . I was black called from all promotions for a year cause I messaged in one time about trouble with a game and said well I should get a credit for all this . They didn't give me any credit but I got banned from all promotions for a year . I like there site cause I'm used to using it and having a hard time l leaving to another interface . I'm disgusted with the way I been treated from them after spending so much money and they don't even let you win shit trust me . It's bad
No transparency or accountability. I have been a customer for many many years but after winning three consecutive Superboosts (a promotion they offer to general public) they have restricted my promotions/boost offers to £1 maximum bet. Customer service tell you they do not know the reason why and the Trading Team that make the decision are non contactable. There is also no escalation, appeal or complaint process. My account is in negative for the year so I really do not understand . Why would you offer Superboosts that if they win you then end up punishing the customer? Will take my business elsewhere though unfortunately I know they will not give a hoot.
I tried to place a 3 team same game parlay right before game time for $605 bet365 computer did not let me place the bet it said that the pick did not change the odds when the pick should have change the odds I went to college so I can count. Bet 365 is not a professional gambling establishment and they did not even give me a bonus bet for this issue so that I would be a happy customer. Bet365 is worst than the other sportsbooks I never had this issue with Betmgm or ceasers sportsbook. I would not recommend this site to anyone they are unprofessional and it appears that they are involved in lying and fraudulent activities!
