I have been banned from using their site for absolutely no reason, not even an explanation as to why. Vey unprofessional and I don’t even use their site, so again confused what I would be banned for. Ridiculous….just spend your money elsewhere, they clearly don’t have a clue.
There bet 365 flyer game by pragmatic play is the worst scam out there . This game is supposed to be live . I make wagers and your supposed to fly until you cash out . 5 times in a row I was up flying and I went to cash out and at the exact time I cash out button lagged for a bit then it would fly away not allowing you to win ..I can see this happening once but not 5 times In a row . It's impossible to win I have played this game for hours and hours waiting for th plane to make bigger gains to as soon as you increase your bet size anything over 20$ th plane will fly away with in 0 seconds ..it's really weird cause the plane will be flying high 7 times in a row when we soon as you increase your bet boom money gone . They rig it if you tell the customer service about it there is nothing wrong with the game cause it will reject your bets on planes that fly higher and sometimes would not refund my money I went to them to tell them I placed a wager saying it said bet rejected then I would wait for it to return my 25$ I placed and it didn't refund happened over and over sometimes refunding my money but other times just stealing it and trying to get that money back it's always your problem something wrong with your device even though they got over 5000 bad reviews about there shitty app glitching out . How is it my device when they got 5000 bad reviewsabout there app not working good hopefully this saves people some money stay away from ther con artist flyer game biggest scam out there they should be in prison and investigated these crooked asses
So it's a strange situation. Signed up about a week ago. Lost a bunch of money as you do. Actually hit something and tried to withdraw it (£1.1k). Went to upload verification ID (drivers licence photo). Photo rejected for 'manipulation' (BS of course). Asked customer support and told my account failed negative verification checks and would be closed with no right of appeal. No please upload again or please try another ID just straight up blocked.Now here's the best part, they still sent me the money. I failed the checks but they sent me the full total anyway? Yeah ok. You'd be breaking regulator rules to just pay out after a failed verification. This means one thing. It's a load of crap. They simply didn't like that I wasn't a big losing player and actually withdrew winnings and decided to blacklist me instead. Obviously paid out because they realised they'd get in trouble if I reported them to regulators and it was actually investigated.My point is, while the site might be genuine the practices they use are dodgy and wrong. If you're not a big loser they don't want you.
Firstly, I had to leave a 1 star to proceed. Far from a 1 star experience. It all started with a legitimate "bet builder" on their app. It was a winning bet but bet365 stated it wasn't and gave the most ridiculous reasons, kept moving the goal posts and hiding behind "inaccurately" reported stats from Opta and PA. They insinuated that I was angling for a payout when I complained (I was not and just wanted to be treated fairly), said that they don't pay out good will gestures. When I pushed it, they TWICE offered separate good will gestures (signs that they were in the wrong and hoping I would jump at their offers) It was all a matter of principle for me at this point. The complaint was then sent to eCogra (just as bad of an experience) for further investigation, who in the end agreed with bet365 even though I submitted extensive evidence and tv footage to support my case. Again this all fell on deaf ears. I do really have alot to say about both Bet365 and eCogra but I am conscious of any potential repercussions if I do but had to leave this experience. 0 star from both parties involved.
