Been using Bet365 for many years, solely for horse racing and never had a problem, they mostly have the best prices which I always check on Oddschecker, my winnings are there in a matter of a couple of minutes, I don't understand why there are so many negative comments.
Absolutely terrible customer service, they do not know how to speak to people. Blocked my account because I was apparently playing too much even though I hadn't deposited that day, was playing with money I'd already won, on 10ps trying to get a pot. Extremely rude agent on live chat, requested account to be deleted as I will not be spoken to in such a manner
If i could give zero I would. Did all the correct steps. Receieved email my account was verified and could be used. Deposited 100 euro to then be told i couldn't game because limitations had been placed on my account so I could requested withdraw. Requested withdraw to only been told I can't withdraw without making a deposit to confirm my Iban.... I did deposit ! Contacted them was first time my account was under review. Didn't hear back so contacted them then told me my Iban didn't match. Checked the Iban it indeed did match. Now told my Iban is under review. Despite it matching my i.d matching. Let's see if I ever get my money back. I will be withdrawing and closing it if i do because seems like a scam !
Awful Experience - left a few years ago as the refused to acknowledge a winning bet. For reason I decided to give them a second chance and created a new account today - tried to make a deposit and could not as they had illegally retained my bank card details again my old closed account. Tried Apple Pay which there website says they accept and Apple Pay’s says they don’t actually accept them on Bet 365 which a bet 365 then confirmed. Then tried another bank card and apparently got an error code which they tried to say meant card was already registered but I never got that error code with the first time. Absolutely useless and legally retaining information as well
Gave me a permanent self exclusion said I had a gambling problem because I lost money but I'm sure if I won some of the bets they wouldn't say I had a problem they restricted my account then said we recommend a 6 month at least self exclusion which I said no and I even asked the question do I have to and they said no so I said no and they banned me what a joke
