I recently created an account and they wanted for me to verify my info which I did. Then I bet on a sports team and won and was to withdraw and they were telling me to verify my address again which I did. They had been constantly telling me to do this and I did multiple times. It was extremely frustrating. I just completely deleted my account with them, with the winnings and all It's not worth it. Terrible experience for a first time better. I am also a user from an international country which they stated they support and they constantly asked me to share my location. Sketchy as heck
Most retarded company I've seen. I asked a question about how self exclusion for their casino would affect other promos for sports betting and it turns into them imposing a permanent ban on me on casino which results in a ban on all promos and bonuses for sports betting. It's a self exclusion not for them to make a decision to exclude me or not. Fk agents were so judgemental, making me feel like I had a gambling problem. The agents there have no credentials or background to come to thay determination after a 5-10 minute conversation through chat. Fkn horrible company.

The only firm that punishes customers for winning on their services. If you actually have some luck and win on a few occasions they will restrict your account and say "we've applied a series of adjustments". Even though you've already had a full affordability check done and a low daily deposit limit implemented. They have absolutely no problem if you lose everyday and no adjustments applied. I'm considering a report to The Gambling Commision due to them punishing customers for the whole nature of the gambling and betting game. As for their "jackpots". I'm not entirely sure these are real, wouldn't be surprised if these fell to shareholders and put back into their games.
