Decided to venture into online gambling. Made a deposit told it had failed. Repeated the process successfully but they also took the deposit that had failed. Dissatisfied with their fraudulent behaviour I tried to withdraw £800 of deposits. The funds were not forthcoming & bet365 locked the account. Funds received after threat of legal action. Do not go anywhere near this company. Disingenuous & fraudulent.
For the second time in a few months when I go to check my winnings from an accumulator bet it has had a very sketchy reason for not paying out. First time they claimed that the early cash out had failed. Tonight there’s a pop up saying bet odds had changed, which they hadn’t and the bet had confirmed. Boooo
I open an account for $10, and made the minimum bet. I got the $150 in bonus bets. I placed a $45 of the bonus bet on Cavs to win the championship. When I tried to place a bet today, 3 days after I opened the account, they closed the account. It didn't tell me any reason on the app, It just kept coming up that the account was restricted which I had no idea what that meant so I called, and to my astonishment they closed the account. When I ask why, they told me that they don't have to give you a reason why. So they close my account for no reason and took my money.
Absolutely horrible company to deal with. I accidentally submitted wrong information and wanted to change/clarify, but made more than 15 attempts to arrange a phone call, offering 2 different phone numbers, and they kept saying phone numbers were invalid which they certainly are not. So, my deposit is just sitting in their bank account and I can’t access it or get it back. A bunch of thieves!!!!
Stay as far away from Bet365 as possible.My experience with them was awful.They self excluded my account without my permission.They made an error, but refused to fix it. Terrible customer service/ support, huge improvements needed if they are wanting to keep their customers.
After having an account with Bet 365 for several years, I was astounded when they suddenly advised that any bets on their Super Boosts were restricted to only £1.Also any access to free bets and Prize matches had been closed down.Their only explanation was this was a decision from the trading team and they could not advise me any further as to the reason.I raised a complaint and during a telephone call, I was offered £10 to my account providing I accepted the complaint was closed .If I wished to pursue my complaint further, the bribe of £10 would be withdrawn.This company should be ashamed of the way they treat a loyal customer.I have passed the information to Resolver for them to investigate.UPDATE The matter was passed to IBAS and this was their response."I can see this has been frustrating for you, but I’m afraid it is entirely a matter for bet365 if they decide to restrict your account. Don't bother, bet with paddypower or william hill. I signed up for a free credit for 30 pound if you bet 10 pound for new sign ups, I ended up winning the bet and they told me I shouldn't of recieved these credits and they didn't even pay me the money I was owed for the bet and restricted my account, actual scammers lol
