Terrible signup experience. Their system basically botched the signup - I got some system error when i clicked submit. Got emailed my account has been created but couldn't log in based of another error. I reach out to customer service for a fix and I am told my account is being closed because of the "nature of my business" . What business? Business with them... I never even got to log in ..... Just Crappy went else where
Bet365 is a complete joke. My account was compromised last week through you. I was then phoned on Sunday to confirm all my details which I did. Then told it would all be fixed within 72 hours. I’ve heard nothing. Reached out Wednesday and was told nothing. Now friday.. ridiculous
While I think bet365 were the best. I especially liked the super boost and was one of the main reasons I used them. For some stupid reason they give people different max amounts allowed to be placed on these super boost. Mine was £40 for years and then suddenly they decided to make it £1. Which is utterly pointless as most of these bets the odds range between 2.0 and 3.50. This gave me the push to find a better source for my gambling.
If I could do no stars I would AVOID this company at all costs I have been with sky bet for years and every day get free bonus games and loyalty games, these con artists removed all my loyalty privileges and bonus games are playing and losing £200, absolute joke of a company

Instead, they rejected my account without any explanation whatsoever. No email, no clear reason, just silence and a blocked account.This is not how you treat new users. Completely unprofessional and arrogant attitude. If this is how they operate, I'm not wasting another second with them — and neither should you.
Yet another firm that treat it's customers like faeces and vaginas,waited weeks for a phone call from customers services and gave up. Avoid like the plague unless you're a masochist. Their US branch sponsor the Cleveland Guardians,having followed the team for over 50 years I have warned my friends there to avoid this firm.
They will try trick you sometimes but just say to them you will open a IBAS (gambling commission ) case and they will behave and sort out the problem. Otherwise they’re ok but they did try to rip me off and suspend my account for no reason when I had live bets.
