Closed my account for no reason

Closed my account for no reason, just a decision by their mythical trading team. 4 years later, still won't consider reopening it. Utterly ridiculous.

They are scammers … Beware

They closed my account almost immediately after I opened it, when I asked them why they said it was due to a negative verification result which is BS as I provided all legit information and my verification was approved when I had originally applied. I’ve read other people having the same issue looks like it’s a common pattern…they close your account so you can’t use any of the credits and they get to keep your money. Be aware they are scammers… when you ask them to explain further they say they won’t and don’t have to give you any more information. Actual scammers lol

They took hundreds of pounds out off my…

When I started winning they took hundreds of pounds off my bank card by duplicating transactions multiple times in what appears to be a crafty way of trying to get their money back. And when I tried to get the money back off them they refused and blamed me for it. Bunch of utter crooks. Stay away!

Been using these since they started

Been using these since they started. They used to be great. But not anymore. had a few issues with bets with them the last year or so. Too complicated to go into here in detail, but basically if they can rob you, they will. The final straw was when I received an email from them telling me they had done a Credit Check on me and had put limits on my deposits thereafter. these 'limits' were way above my normal deposits so I cant understand why they would do this other than to play mind games with me. maybe because I don't chase my losses? they also pepper you with £5 free bets to keep you 'playing' while at the same time claim to be all for responsible gambling. they are Sneakmoids and will get no more business from me.

System Errors & Terrible Customer Support

2, or 3 months ago, I bet at Bet365. (18.04.2025 & 29.04.2025)2 times I caught up 3 Scatter but this casino's system did not let me pay with my Free Games. When I saw Error Problem, I took a screenshots. And then, I contacted customer support and shared the screenshots(time was 21:23). They wanted many information from their casinos screen. They have this information and I waste my times for collecting information on behalf of them!!!And then, they told me "You won 40 GBP from Free Games". I said, but I did not play my Free Games and I did not won this money!!!! After the conversation, they load 50 GBP in my account. 11 days after, I saw the same Error Problem when I caught up 3 Scatter!!! I took the screenshots and I contacted with customer support (time was 21:04). They wanted many information from me and I spent my time again!!! This time they told me "You won 40 pence"!!!! I said that I did not play my Free Games and I wanted my Free Games.They told me that they can not give my Free Games!!!And finally, for closing casino's error issue, they closed my casino account without my Free Games!!!This casino has bugs in their system and customer support is terrible!!!

They first admitted it was a mistake then did again..

Bet365 closed my account twice wrongly, without providing any proper explanation. I never made a single bet or deposit during the time of these restrictions. They first admitted it was a mistake and reactivated my account, only to close it after a month later again despite me doing nothing wrong.Extremely disappointing and unjust treatment for a legitimate user. If you're living in Cyprus or move between countries, beware! their system might misflag you, and their support won't help.

Uneducated Bet365 Customer Service.

My account with Bet365 had been used for several years. I have been betting from my mobile using the Bet365 app. Suddenly I noticed that my balance was 0, when it should have been 60. I couldn't understand how my money had disappeared. On closer inspection and with patience, I found my money was in the Casino account. I couldn't transfer the funds into my Sports account. I logged into my account from my laptop and my money was in my Sports account with Casino at 0. This showed that the mobile app was being wrongly displayed. I got in touch with Bet365 and reported the issue. After several checks on my integrity, and various customer service conversations i was asked if the issue should be reported to Technical support. It seems obvious that the customer service staff do not realise that issues impacting business must be escalated without customer permission. The issue meant that I could not place bets from my mobile as my funds were always 0 (despite funds being in Casino). I do not use Casino and never deposited money into that account. I felt that Ber365 might have been forcing me to gamble in the Casino. I withdrew my money from Bet365 and uninstalled the mobile app. The customer service staff do not understand the business and do not realise the importance of technical escalation.
