Overall very pleased with the blinds. Arrived early but packaging was a bit torn. Good value for money but disappointed that the pulleys are too short. Although I realise that this is probably a safety measure, the blinds are fitted in a kitchen behind worktops & I have to stretch over it to operate the blinds.
Excellent website very easy to read measurement instructions and order. I have used this company so many times and never fails to supply the right information and good. Excellent product and back up service if anything breaks for spare parts.
I had problems with not receiving an item from BTG. Contacted customer service and within no time Faith had sorted out my missing item and posted a replacement free of charge to arrive next day. Excellent service from a company with excellent products.
The blinds did not fit any of the windows. I have made contact about rectifying the situation but everything seems to have gone quiet and no follow up reply from customer service. The measurements I provided are accurate but the site and chatbot failed to mention the frame size for each shutter which is too large to fit the window with it's trickle vent.So, I'm currently stuck with a number of shutters that can't be used and as the famous song states " The Sound of Silence".
We have used Blinds2go for several years now. They have a wide range of fabric choices available and being able to order free samples makes choosing the best fabric for the room so much easier. The measuring guide is simple to follow so the blinds always fit perfectly. All of the blinds we have ordered have been beautifully made and delivered with care. Our only disappointment was a few weeks ago when we tried to order another roller blind for a small en-suite window and the option to have a cassette had been removed because of its size.Not long before that we had ordered 2 identical roller blinds for an en-suite and bathroom that were exactly the same size and on this occasion they came with the cassette and looked much nicer than an exposed roller blind. It was a bit frustrating when we already had 2 with cassettes but were not able to do this for the third identical window. That said, I would still highly recommend Blinds2go and everything we have ordered deserves 5 stars.
