Disappointed with the blinds

Unfortunately, I'm not satisfied because one of the visually appealing bifold pleated blinds has a frayed cord on one side, just under three weeks after installation. I can't adjust it now; I have three functioning blinds and one that is stuck in the raised position.

Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience
I placed an order for my blinds on November 19th. The delivery was postponed and ultimately occurred while I was away on holiday. My neighbor kindly offered to accept the delivery for me, but the delivery service refused and rescheduled it instead. I have now received a notification that a new order will be delivered at the end of January, leaving me wondering what happened to my original blinds. Additionally, my response to the company's email went to a no-reply address.

Disappointing Experience with Adhesive Blinds

I ordered two sets of adhesive blinds for our small bedroom windows. Unfortunately, there were no instructions included in the package, but I found them online. We carefully followed the guidelines and allowed extra time for the glue to set before installing the rail and blind strips. Almost immediately, the weight of the blinds caused the adhesive strips to fail, and one of the blinds fell down completely during the night, while the other was just hanging on and eventually fell later in the day. We reached out to the support team three days later after attempting to reattach them, and were told someone would get back to us. After three more emails and 14 days of waiting, we still haven't received any assistance! The customer service has been incredibly poor, and I will not be purchasing from this company again. A complete waste of money.

Unacceptable service

We placed our order at the beginning of the month and still have not received it! The courier initially claimed they missed me (I was home), and now the tracker states 'The receiver is not listed in the building directory. We are attempting to update this information.' This is utterly unacceptable!
