Disappointing experience with the support team

Before buying my curtains, I reached out to the company to inquire about how far they would extend when fully opened, given my limited space. I was informed they would extend 20–25cm from the wall. However, in reality, they extend 30–35cm, making them unsuitable for my area. I initiated a claim under the guarantee on October 6th. Since then, I have faced months of delays, inconsistent information, and a total lack of continuity. I've interacted with many different representatives, each asking for different steps, including training the curtains (which I did for over three weeks), sending multiple sets of photos, and being told repeatedly that the issue would be evaluated by “production,” without any clear resolution. Most recently, after weeks of silence, I was asked for the first time to take down the curtains and measure them flat, which does not address the original concern of their projection when installed. Each response seems to reset the process instead of advancing it. At this stage, I have lost faith that this issue will be resolved in a fair or timely manner.

Beautiful blinds that are simple to install.

The blinds are stunning and installation was a breeze. I'm enjoying the sheer effect they provide (previously had vertical blinds). They look great when lowered to block out excess sunlight, and the pattern adds to the overall aesthetic. The delicate yellow flowers are charming.

Previous Experiences Were Positive, But This Time Disappointing

I have previously ordered from the company and was very satisfied with the service, products, and delivery. However, this time I ordered three blinds on December 9th and was promised delivery before Christmas. Unfortunately, the blinds have not arrived. The tracking shows a delivery note was created on December 20th, but the items were never handed over to the courier. I attempted to contact the support team but only received an AI-generated response. No one has followed up on my inquiries, and I am extremely disappointed.

Issues with Blinds Quality and Customer Service

I bought two blinds, and one has been altered with a different shade of black on one slat, while the other blind doesn't close properly. I reached out to the support team, and they initially responded saying they would investigate, but I haven't heard back since. Regret buying these blinds from the seller.

I regret purchasing blinds from this seller. The bifold blinds I received were meant to cover the entire glass, but they do not. I ordered them for anthracite windows, and they arrived with anthracite trim but a white cord that stands out awkwardly. There was no indication that the cords would be white regardless of the window and trim color. I would have chosen differently if I had known, as other providers offer matching cords (even if at a slightly higher price).

Disappointing experience with roller blinds

I ordered three roller blinds, and all of them arrived undersized, forcing me to only top fix them instead of side fixing, as they were 15-20mm shorter than needed. I've purchased many blinds before without issues, but this batch was extremely disappointing. Additionally, the labels were applied upside down and unevenly. Due to the poor quality of this order and the unsatisfactory customer service, I will not be returning.

Smart wooden blinds, but double-check your measurements

I selected wooden blinds, and they look great. Just a tip: I measured the middle and bottom of the window but forgot to check the top, which turned out to be narrower. I had to adjust them (cutting was simple). The price was fair, delivery was incredibly fast, and the customer service was very supportive. I would definitely recommend this service, just remember to measure thoroughly!

Terrible experience with the order.

My experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered roller blinds and faced a production delay without any explanation. The provided shipment tracking number was incorrect, and when the order arrived, the fittings were wrong. It took 9 days for the replacement fittings to come, and they refused to expedite the shipping. The holes in the brackets were misaligned, making it impossible to install the blinds correctly, resulting in the bracket being pulled out of the ceiling. In the end, my partner had to drill through the casing to secure the blind directly to the ceiling. The quality of the blinds was unacceptable, with loose threads and dents in the decorative cassette. Overall, it feels like a cheap product, and I am seeking compensation.
