Good experience with EP500 series

I have purchased several EP500 series batteries - both regular and Pro - over more than two years. Most recent being on 21 April, eta 24/25 April. Good experience generally with these batteries. Reliable, good interface, easily moveable - heavy to carry though! Good price.

First off, I love the Bluetti products. I don’t see good competition in the power storage area for the price. Second off, their service is top rated n all facets. Response time, clear instruction and assistance as well as friendly personal service with every step. I can’t recommend Bluetti products enough! I know all buyers will be thoroughly delighted.

Best solar generator system…

I've been a customer for over two years. I started with the EB70S and the PV120. It meet all my expectations plus more. I then stepped up to the AC200MAX B230 combo and once again it satisfied all my needs. For the last 2 years I've been using the 2*AC300 2*B300 for my off grid living in my 30ft Coachman travel trailer. It's kept the AC going for summer and heat for winter. Now it's time to upgrade to the APEX 300 💯😎

Proud BLUETTI owner. My AC180P and I have been road-tripping the US and Canada and it has never failed me. Love the BLUETTI app integration. Any questions I have had for customer service they have answered knowledgeably and professionally. Getting ready to order the new Charger 1. Take that overcast skies blocking my solar panels. Can’t wait to get it installed and on the road.
