I am in love!! I do car camping and I’ll eventually purchase a van to do van life part time. Inside of my suv, I had a smaller power bank with only 300 watts and a 100 watt solar panel. My dometic refrigerator needed way more power than my 300 watt to charge and keep food cold. In fact, I couldn’t even use it. I literally would charge my fridge at home to get it cold. Then, I’d plug it into the back of my suv, where I could keep food and drinks cold. But I’d have to turn on my vehicle to maintain the temperature. Not anymore! My AC180 BLUETTI arrived today and I am ecstatic!! Let me say, it’s bigger than I expected and those 1800 watts will allow me to charge multiple items at once. I’m so pumped. When I purchased it, I also downloaded the BLUETTI app so that I can monitor everything from my phone. It’s the coolest thing ever!!!
I own 3 Bluettie systems---B-300----B-500---Ep-500 pro. My B-3300 had 2 batteries fail back in Feb. After months of going back and forth with Bluettie I give up. I have shipped this back 3 times now and it still ain't right. One of the used batteries they sent me is not charging right. I all fairness they told me to ship it back again and they would replace. After 3 attempts I am done shipping this 80 lb plus box back. They did offer me frig magnet for my trouble.
I am positive about the product specs and the price I paid during the promotional period, but I do feel that since this is sold as a home backup, there should be some help setting that up. What do I buy to integrate and how can I optimize the system?
My ac200max unit’s lcd screen was not working correctly. I contacted support and they wanted me to install an upgrade patch hoping to resolve the problem. The patch would not install. Ultimately I had to send the unit in so their engineers could get a look at it. The problem was resolved by replacing the lcd screen and they also applied the upgraded patch. They were quick to send the unit back to me.The whole process was really good. Kudos to Henry who coordinated the whole thing. He was very professional and courteous.I have several various BLUETTI products and this was the only problem I had, and it was a strange problem.
