I first bought a BLUETTI AC70 and solar panel some 18 months ago. I found it did far more than I expected.I wanted to expand my use of solar power in my RV. The Apex 300 package suited my needs perfectly.However due to the versatility of BLUETTI products, I now use all my solar generators to reduce my energy costs My Apex 300 system has been idle since I first switched it on in July, 24/7 and everything has worked perfectly.
I’ve enjoyed their products from day one back when I got the EB3A which is perfect for my camping trips when I’m roughing, it always has charge when I need it thanks to the fast charging and solar panels. I’ve been using Bluetti products for over five years. I did have a couple of issues with my initial purchase of the AC 200 P and the solar panels that came with it. I was in the area of Las Vegas and got to visit the companies warehouse and meet the people behind the scenes. They treated me like gold. And they met all my needs and requests and even upgraded my panels. I also was at the RTR in 2021 and met some of the reps from China. All they wanted to do was have the customer have a great product experience and that was achieved. I have no problem spending the extra money because I know of the products performance .
On a scale of 1-10 for performance I’d give them a 7. Perhaps higher if they devoted the time to customers when they call in for assistance! I spent a great deal of money on AC300 and B300. Called in to trouble shoot an issue and the rep was not only not helpful, he said he had to go in order to assist other customers and the duration of my call was apx 2 minutes. That level of customer service is totally unacceptable thus is why my overall review is sub-par
