I now have two EB3A power banks to use for charging needs during electrical power loss. I live in New Orleans and between tropical storms, hurricanes, microbursts, and an aging and not maintained power grid- losing power is an expectation, not a surprise. I keep the EB’s charged year round as I never know when I’ll lose power but during storm prep I keep them at a wall outlet to top up. I currently have one 100W solar panel for recharging but would like to upgrade both panel and units for more watt hours when I can afford to. Having two units has helped me cycle through charging computer, phones, rechargeable fans, and power packs while having one hooked up (and charging something) to the solar panel. The dream, of course, is to be able to one day afford a big enough system to run the fridge and a couple of outlets as losing power in New Orleans means possible days not just hours until restoration. (Was almost 4 weeks after hurricane Ida before my neighborhood power was restored.) The EB controls are easy to use out of the box, plus the smart phone app makes it easy to monitor. Love how quiet the system is and how portable the units are. Would be great for camping or festival use. I will always need more watt hours but for the price, usability, and size, these have been a great component of my storm prepping.
I had a problem with my EB3A. They replied to my email almost immediately. This is the kind of customer service we expect but rarely receive on products we buy. My problem was resolved and my unit is back to working as it should. I applaud you Bluetti for the way you take care of your customers after the sale.
Bluetti products have been great for me. I have an ac180, a eb3a, a charger one and now waiting to receive the b80. Makes camping with a cpap a breeze for extended trips plus runs fridge and starlink mini. I'm hoping there is an expansion cable in the box so I can order another one in the near future.
I had an issue with my batteries not charging on solar power this year after 4 years of use, but they would charge with 110v AC. After troubleshooting with a BLUETTI tech it was determined that I would need to ship my system back for repair. I did have to build sufficient shipping boxes to ensure safe arrival since I had long ago discarded the original packaging. Ava was my main contact, and she had an update for me almost daily during the process. I don’t think I have ever had better communication and customer service anywhere! I can’t say enough about how well they took care of my issues. I am a customer for life, and I love their products. Thank you BLUETTI team, I can’t wait to get back out exploring new locations with my BLUETTI handling my power needs.
after researching, Bluetti Who is the product I went with for combo solar power station and solar panel. Ordering went smoothly and shipping out quickly. I like the reputation oc Bluetti, Higher quality battery cells on the version I selected. Combining that with competitive pricing and special combo deal I decided to go this route. Make sure you sign up for reward points on the Bluetti Website to get credits and coupons for future purchases. I also received a discount on first purchase which paid for tax.
As a sales person and a buyer during my purchase I really wish there is a first or second built point that said for the AC200L is stackable with expansion batteries. I need to cancel or return my elite 200 v2 and get the ac200l. As a selling point I would put something on the Elite 200 that for 100$ you can get the package to upgrade in the future. It sells over time upgrades which is repeated business. I can’t afford 25k as a one time purchase but me like most can afford a little hear and there. So I can get something to start and if it works and saves me 50$ a month well if I spend a little more maybe I can save $100 a month. I’m also a roofer so if any reads these I would also like to become an installer.
