My Husband bought an AC500 plus battery as well as an AC300 and battery. At least 30 days after the shipment arrived my husband passed away. I generically knew what he wanted to do with the units but not in detail. I called Bluetti to return the units. Since it was more than 30 days and extenuated circumstances, they worked with me to return everything. I was most grateful for this service.
I purchased a ac300 and b300 together last August. The cold and snowy winter, along with power outages convinced my sister to purchase the same system!!I purchased my second b300 expansion battery this spring to make it a true home backup system. I recommend this system to anyone serious about protecting their families survival.
I just bought a Bluetti AC180 solar generator based on features, sale price and additional discount, and super customer service. Main feature is the AC180 will accept up to 500 watts input. Just ordered my seventh Bluetti product and love them all. Just ordered the 180 and Bluetti shipped it within 24 hours along with a 200 watt solar panel. Installed the Charger 1 in my pickup and just went camping for two nights and never had to worry about power. When parked had my Bluettti 350 watt and 200 watt solar panels attached, then when driving the Charger 1 easily topped of the power stations. Love Bluetti.
