This is working exceptionally well so far. I’ve wanted one for a while since I live in an area prone to power outages. After a recent outage that interrupted my work, I decided to invest in a reliable model to keep my internet running and potentially power my small freezer. I also got a portable version for convenience. As a single woman in an apartment, this provides me with much-needed reassurance.
This helps save money in winter by keeping car batteries charged and unfrozen in extreme temperatures when using an engine block heater. However, I wish they wouldn't frequently change their products, as it delays the completion of my system.
I’ve been using this brand's products for over two years, and their reputation for quality, fair pricing, and great ergonomics is well-deserved. I've utilized their equipment for everything from home backup to off-grid camping. I own several items, and all have performed excellently. The latest model has been dependable during storms and serves as my primary off-grid power source. Another model has been ideal for lighter tasks like charging devices and running small appliances. Its portable design is a significant advantage. Lastly, the charging unit has transformed the way I charge on the go, with its adaptable output and settings. During a recent trip, I connected the equipment seamlessly, ensuring both battery banks were always charged for our needs. The compact design and integrated handles make transport easy, and the app for monitoring and control is impressive. I highly recommend their products, so much so that I recently bought another model for my son!
I just ordered the Elite 400 and am thrilled! I plan to use it primarily for my photo booth business and during power outages at home. I currently have a smaller model that I love but needed something more powerful. I'm also considering adding solar panels and an expansion battery in the future. Can't wait to receive the Elite 400!
I gave it a 1 star because I couldn't give it a 0. In early October, I placed an order and followed up multiple times about the fulfillment date, but received no response. After several attempts to reach customer service, I filed a complaint with my credit card company. This company is unresponsive, and I will choose a more reliable brand in the future. Save your time and money; their customer service is unacceptable.
