Built with quality and has great versatility.

I bought the 200 Max first and then a B230 shortly after when I saw the quality and versatility. I found that I could use the B230 as a portable power supply for my 48V cinema lights. A simple modification of an accessory cord was all that was needed. Now I have a second B230 and couldn't be happier.

Great Products and Customer Service

Their customer service is always quick to communicate by both email and phone. They are concerned and want to make things right. It's a very good feeling knowing I'm ready for power outages. In fact so good, I look forward to the next time I can use my system.I feel my dollars were well spent on Bluetti.

Bluetti is junk

I bought their charger1 and have had it as couple months and have had nothing but issues with since I got it. Every few days I have to reset it in one or more of several different ways because it won't maintain a steady charge, or it will keep turning off and back on, or I will get some kind of error. I have talked to their customer service. If I can even understand them they are rude, don't care and don't have a clue how to fix anything. I also have 2 of their generators which have their own sets of problems. This company is not worth the hassle. Their products are junk.

2 EB3A died in 13 months

I bought two bluetti EB3A. After one year one literal died . Because the give warranty I received February 2024 a new one . In the beginning of march 2025 the new received EB3A died again. They won't repair it. This is not sustainable . The EB3A won't work longer as year and won't repair it. So advice you do not by the EB3A you better can you throw your money in the bin . I am very dispointend in the service from bluetti.***** UPDATE 7-4-2025***** Customer service finally offered to look at it. I am very happy with this service because they fixed my EB3A. Thank you for this great service!
