I never did bad review before But this is o horrible It's on me I was stupid I needed to listen to To my gut feeling that told me Just tell them to send the watch back . And go to another place All started whan I send Pictures got offer from max for $ 2500 On my omega I send the watch They got it In 5/6/2025 check it and Meghan call and said your watch is great condition but you didn't send the warranty card . I said no warranty for the watch anymore so but I did the other card PICTOGRAMS card So she said ok so the offer will be much much less Now the price be $2000So basically she reduced $500 in one second I said no thank you If you not going to honor the Offer you can send me the watch back . She said ok .Next day (8/5/2025)I did put review And I was making sure they will send me the watch back . I got phone call from Wesley and I will say he did try to fix it he explained some things told me he can do $2300 I was thinking they already got the watch so whatever ok I ask what be the fastest way. He said by wire transfer i did check with the bank next day in 5/9/2025 morning I send all information to him by email And he said by Tuesday you should get $ in the bank .Another thing that he ask me is to change my review. I told him I am man of my words and I do it He said I am too And I did it at the same day .I did change my review ( another Big mistake )Yesterday 5/13/2025 I call them again Because I still didn't got the $ . I send email to WesleyWhan got no response I call to company and Was talking with Eric. Said he will call me again today for update .In 12:30 today 5/14/2025 he email me back saying there is no update yet I will say all of them was nice .but that it . Bottom line they have my watch and I don't have any $ yet This is so horrible It's like never ending story It's one thing to lose $ And another thing To lose $ and try to get what they promised At this point I just want my watch back .Will never do anything with them and will never recommend. I had enoughUpdate 5/15/25Finally after endless phone calls and emails I got the $Joe fix everything. And send the $ . For me it was bad experience with them.
I sold my Omega watch through Bob’s Watches, but I have not received any response from your team. The watch was delivered on April 14th (tracking number: 286923373700), and since then, I have not heard back.On April 25th, I was contacted and asked to provide additional information about the watch, which I promptly did. However, despite sending multiple follow-up emails requesting an update, I have received no further communication.This situation is extremely distressing for me, as I sent a valuable item and feel completely ignored. I am urgently requesting that Bob’s Watches respond and resolve this matter as soon as possible. I have been patient, but the continued lack of communication is unacceptable and deeply concerning.Please address this issue immediately.
