SCAM WEBSITE STAY AWAY FROM BOOKNFLY!!!!!!!!!!! Like every other REAL review they take your money and then tell you the flights have changed price or to take some other random flight with multiple stops!!!! They refuse a refund !!! I will now make a police report for fraud and ask for a charge back from my bank I will also get legal advice and sue them for everything I can!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY AND DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!!!
It’s a SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!! AVIOD it!!!!Tried to book flights to China Fuzhou from London over £4013.22. With a phone call confirming all the travellers’s details , they send a link asking us to pay.Micheal said i need to wait I intially 30 mins for e ticket confirmation. This was Saturday afternoon ,after paid Michael said he was not valid I needed to pay additional £4900.00 more for flight from London to China . Micheal sent me an email said if not paying another £4999, we will not able to have the flight tickets and a refund within 20mins.It’s unbelievable and unacceptable for that even the official website it’s not that price!At the end they forced us to cancel the booking and give back £1017.22!!! We have lost more than £3000.00 totally within 1 hour. I have reported to the bank, and reporting to the fault company group, and will report to the police as well. Please don’t book any tickets from them…. It’s scam! I have all evidence, and have all phone records luckily.
This company scams people into thinking they are booking one price and then add on a load of extras changing the parameters of the booking and the terms and conditions. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE MEN ARE RUDE TO WOMEN AND ACCUSE PEOPLE OF NOT BEING WHO THEY SAY THEY ARE. THIS COMPANY IS NOT GOOD.
Steve Davis, no complaints what so ever. I believe he went above and beyond to obtain flights for me. He is not the issue. What I do believe is that the company itself has either fallen into or deliberately found itself in a race to the bottom and as such places flights onto dealchecker that are just about unobtainable in order to garner business. This activity will of course result in extreme negative reviews as the customer becomes increasingly frustrated and thus disillusioned with their experience feeling they are being had as their costs skyrocket, as did mine. Don't put the unobtainable up be far more discreet, go for the reasonable, that which is likely obtainable, where prices may increase but not outlandishly. You may even find that you exceed customer expectations especially where you can offer, without guarantees, the near unobtainable. If you want better reviews change your strategy. I think you have lost your way amidst the competition, at this time you are winning the race to the bottom and that gives you one ⭐ or less, by all means continue if this is your goal, but fewer ✨ 🟰 fewer enquiries 🟰 fewer leads 🟰 fewer sales. Get smart stop disappointing the market. So in conclusion your staff are dedicated your management is hopeless and your vision is fundamentally flawed. Fix your managerial shortcomings, get a plan and stick to it. All the best.
